4A  Ship books to CM for review??

a) DO NOT ship brittle books to CMers.

b) give them 4 weeks to come in live

c) after 4 weeks, if no visit, send them a spreadsheet with their titles listed individually,

d) after 4 weeks, tell them they have to come in/email NOW or Preservation gets to make the call re: selection of their books

e) if they STILL don't decide, Pres gets to decide. We would check in OCLC, if plenty of copies, they it gets tossed.
